Criteria of Focus T25

The program is divided in to sections and it lasts for 10 weeks. There are two main phases of this work out are Alpha and Beta which involves five different workouts but the good thing for beginners, that it requires no equipment. When you are following the program, you have to work out six times a week. For the first four days, one exercise each day. On the fifth day you have two workouts. The sixth day is a rest day.

  1. On the seventh day you have to make a stretching video. Since most of the exercises on the first day are cardio heavy so there is a good deal of body work in the first week.
  2. There is no resting. Because the workout is only 25 minutes, every minute counts. Non-stop interval training as Shaun T says, “You can rest when you go to bed.”
  3. You don’t count reps. Instead, you can do as many exercises as you can within the given time slot, usually 30 seconds more than a minute.
  4. This makes the program more accessible to beginners. T25 offers a proper warm-up and early exercises, which is always important. If you’re prone to certain injuries, make sure you select the workouts accordingly.
